围手术期护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者应激反应负性情绪及生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探究在乳腺癌手术患者中实施围手术期护理干预对患者的应激反应、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2015年6月-2016年6月本院所收治的乳腺癌手术患者90例，将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组患者实施常规护理措施，观察组在常规护理措施的基础上实施围手术期护理干预，比较两组患者的应激反应、焦虑抑郁及预后的情况。结果：观察组的平均收缩压、舒张压及心率指数均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组术后的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在乳腺癌手术患者中实施围手术期护理干预措施能够缓解患者的生理过激反应，降低焦虑程度和并发症的发生率，提高和改善患者的生活质量，该方法值得被临床推荐使用。 　　【关键词】 围手术期护理； 乳腺癌手术患者； 应激反应； 负性情绪； 生活质量 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on stress response，negative emotion and quality of life in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.Method：90 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into observation group and control group，45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures，the observation group on the basis of routine nursing measures，perioperative nursing intervention was performed.The stress response，anxiety，depression and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Result：The mean systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure and heart rate index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The scores of the quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Perioperative nursing interventions in patients with breast cancer surgery can relieve the physiological response of patients，reduce the incidence of anxiety and the incidence of complications，thereby improving and improving the quality of
