PAGE 延 边 大 学 中国在朝鲜半岛和平机制建设中的作用 摘 要 作为亚太地区影响最大的冷战遗留问题，朝鲜半岛始终是冷战后的一个热点，和平问题是半岛问题的核心所在。随着国际局势和半岛南北双方的不断变化，朝鲜半岛停战机制作为冷战时代的产物已不适应半岛政治现实。特别是2002年开始的第二次朝核危机再度引发半岛局势动荡,构建半岛新的和平保障机制取代旧的停战机制以确保朝鲜半岛的永久和平已经成为当务之急。朝鲜半岛由停战机制转变为和平机制已成为历史发展的必然趋势。中国是推动朝鲜半岛和平机制建立和发展的重要国家，本文就建立和平机制的原因及阻碍因素进行了阐述并论述了中国在朝鲜半岛构建和平机制中所产生的影响。目的在于强调中国在朝鲜半岛和平机制的建设中的别于他国的突出作用，在此过程中了解中国在构建朝鲜半岛和平机制问题上的积极推动作用进而对此形成较为深刻的认识。 关键词: 朝鲜半岛；中国；朝核危机；美韩同盟；和平机制 Abstract The impact of the Asia-Pacific region as the biggest problems left over from the Cold War, the Korean Peninsula after the Cold War has always been a hot topic, the issue of peace is the core of the peninsula.
