喹诺酮类药物耐药联合用药及不良反应研究 　　摘要：目的 总结分析喹诺酮类药物联合用药、耐药性及不良反应发生的特点。方法 选择2016年1月～2017年5月我院收治的因喹诺酮类药物发生不良反应的患者58例，回顾分析其治疗方案和用药特点，统计发生不良反应的类型和发生率，鉴别常见的病原菌类型及对喹诺酮类药物产生的耐药性。结果 喹诺酮类药物能够引发多种类型的不良反应，其中神经系统和全身性不良反应最为常见，通过比较患者的用药方式发现，联合用药能够有效降低不良药物反应的发生率；常见的病原菌类型主要有鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的及铜绿假单胞菌，其耐药性分别为53.04%、51.96%、26.92%及11.71%。结论 充分了解患者的病情，分析导致感染发生的病原菌类型，选择敏感性更强的抗菌药物，注意药物的联合应用和用药方式及途径，能够有效降低不良反应的发生率，延缓病原菌耐药性的进程，发挥更强的杀菌作用。 　　关键词：喹诺酮类药物；耐药性；联合用药；不良反应；特点 　　中图分类号：R978.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）25-0075-02 　　Abstract：Objective To summarize and analyze the characteristics of the combination of quinolones，drug resistance and adverse reactions.Methods From January 2016 ～2017 year in May in our hospital from 58 cases of patients with adverse reactions of quinolones，retrospective analysis of treatment and medication characteristics，statistics of adverse reactions and the incidence of type，identification of common pathogenic bacteria types and drug resistance the quinolones.Results Quinolones can cause adverse reactions of various types，including the nervous system and the systemic adverse reactions are the most common，by comparing the patients medication showed that combination therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions；common pathogenic bacteria types are mainly Bauman acinetobacter，Escherichia coli，Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa 11.71%.The drug resistance were 53.04%，51.96%，26.92% and 11.71%.Conclusion To fully understand the patients condition，analysis of infection of pathogenic bacteria types occur，selection of antimicrobial susceptibility，and pay attention to the drug combination of medication and ways， can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，delaying the process of drug resistance of pathogens，bacteria play a role stronger. 　　Key words：Quinolones；Drug resistance；Combined use of drugs；Adverse reactions；Characteristics 　　病原菌感染是?R床上常见的疾病，也是多种疾病治疗后常见的并发症，感染疾病的危害性大，轻者影响患者疾病的治疗和恢复，重者能够并发多种病症危及患者的生命健康安全，因此在临床上选择效果佳、副作用小且起效迅
