城市生态红线划分原理方法及指标体系构建 　　摘 要：为我国各地区划分城市生态红线、确定生态红线保护区的现实需要，在城市生态系统识别和划分城市生态用地类型方法的基础上，参照了国家与省市有关重点生态保护区和自然保护区划分的标准，依据生态红线划分的目标，从生态的重要性、脆弱性与危险性三方面着手，建立了生态红线划分的三级科学指标体系，并确定了生态红线保护区划分的方法。在5S技术支持下，创建了网格空间属性数据库，采用层次分析法确定指标权重，运用叠加分析、空间分析等技术方法最终完成苏州市吴中区生态红线划定方案。为今后我国城市生态红线区划分和生态红线保护区的确定提供了科学依据和方法指南。 　　关键词：城市生态系统;生态红线界定;生态红线划分原理;生态红线划分指标体系;生态红利开发;生态红线保护区管控措施 　　中图分类号：Tu984.11+5 文献标识码：A DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2015.02.011 　　The Principles， Methods and Index Systems of Ecological Red Line Classification in Urban Ecosystem―― Wuzhong District， Suzhou in China 　　LI Jian-long， GANG Cheng-cheng， LI Hui， WANG Zhao-qi，YANG Yue， LI Hui， ZHANG Yan-zhen 　　（Institute of Applied Ecology， Nanjing University， Nanjing， Jiangsu 210093，China） 　　Abstract：In order to determine the urban ecological red line and identify ecological red line protection zones， based on the identification of urban ecosystem and spatial classification method of urban ecological land， and referring to the relevant national and provincial key ecological protection areas and nature reserves classification standard， and according to the objectives of ecological red line classification， the index system and the methodology of ecological red line classification was built on the basis of the importance of ecological function， eco-environmental sensitivity and environmental hazard. The statistics database was created by using ARCGIS， and the index weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process. At last， the ecological red line delineated for Wuzhong District， Suzhou was completed through the overlay analysis and the spatial analysis， the control measures of zoning classification was proposed.
