地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产临床效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究并探讨对黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者采用地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗的临床效果。方法 依据纳入排除标准整群选取该院于2014年12月―2015年12月收治的先兆流产的患者102例作为研究对象，将其随机分两组，观察两组患者流产恢复情况和临床疗效。结果 研究组患者恢复正常时间短于对照组，且研究组采用地屈孕酮治疗后总有效为94.1%，对照组采用黄体酮的方式治疗后总有效为66.7%，组间比较差异有统计学意义。 结论 对于黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者采用地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗可有效改善患者病情，对于患者预后恢复程度较好，故值得我们在临床上进行应用。 　　[关键词] 黄体功能不全；先兆流产；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R714.21 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（c）-0112-02 　　Clinical Effect Observation on Dydrogesterone and Luteosterone in Treatment of Threatened Abortion Caused by Luteal Phase Defect 　　YANG An-ning1， LIU Juan1， BAN Rong-xin2 　　1. Methods 102 cases of patients from December 2014 to December 2015 with threatened abortion admitted and treated in our hospital were selected as the research object according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly divided into two groups， the recovery of abortion and clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The time returning to normal in the research group was shorter than that in the control group， the research group were treated with dydrogesterone and the total effective rate was 94.1%， the control group were treated with luteosterone and the effective rate was 66.7%， there was an obvious difference between groups by comparison with statistical significance. Conclusion Dydrogesterone and luteosterone in treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect can effectively improve the patient’s condition， and the prognosis recovery degree of the patients is goos.
