城市地下空间管理 　　摘要: 当前，城市地下空间开发利用进入快速发展时期，很多问题随之暴露，存在着无统一规划基础上的多头管理。笔者通过对苏州、南京等城市地下空间管理部门和专业单位的实地访谈，了解城市地下空间开发利用及管理的现状和存在的问题，并研究提出了相应的对策建议。 　　关键词: 地下空间;管理;问题;苏州 　　Abstract: The current city underground space utilization has entered a period of rapid development, and a lot of problems arise, especially management problems based on no unified planning.
