國立交通大學論文指導教授與研究生互動準則 National Chiao Tung University Guidelines for the Interaction between Thesis Advisor and Graduate Students 106 學年度第2 次教務會議通過(106.12.28) Enacted in the 2017 2nd Academic Affairs Meeting (12.28.2017) 106 學年度第4 次教務會議通過(107.06.21) Enacted in the 2018 4nd Academic Affairs Meeting (06.21.2018) 第一條 國立交通大學 ( 以下簡稱本校)為規範論文指導教授與研究生之互動關係，訂定本準 則 。 Article 1. National Chiao Tung University (hereinafter referred to as the “University”) has the Guidelines enacted to regulate the interaction between thesis advisor and graduate students. 第二條 研究生申請論文指導教授，應依系、所、院、專班、學位學程之規定。本校教師與研 究生具有配偶、三親等內之血親或姻親，或曾有上述關係者，不得擔任其論文指導 教授 。 Article 2. Graduate students shall apply for the assignment of a thesis advisor in accordance with the regulations of the Department, Institute, College, In-service program, Degree program. Where the thesis advisor and the graduate student is or was the other party’s spouse, a relative by blood within the third degree, or a relative through marriage, the relationship of thesis advisor and graduate student may not be established. 第三條 論文指導教授因生病、辭職、過世等因素無法再繼續指導時，系、所、院、專班、學 位學程應提供研究生必要之協助 。 Article 3. When the thesis advisor due to illness, resignation, death and other factors can no longer continue to guide, the graduate student will receive the necessary assistance from the Department, Institute, College, In-service program, Degree program. 第四條 研究生於就讀期間，如擬 終止論文指導關係或更換論文指導教授，應以書面文件向 系、所、院、專班、學位學程提出申請，並於通知原指導教授及完成各項交接事務 後生效，無須經原指導教授同意 。 前項書面文件由各系、所、院、專班、學位學程自訂，內容得規定研究生應履行之
