1 卷 2 期 澳 門 科 技 大 學 學 報 Vol. 1 No.2 2007 年12 月30 日 Journal of Macau University of Science and Technology Dec.30 ，2007 47 支擴寧合劑製備工藝和質量控制研究 吳其標1* 2 1 3 達慶國 曹世宏 盧金福 ( 1. 澳門科技大學，澳門；2. 南京中醫藥大學附屬醫院，江蘇省南京市 210029 ） (3. 南京中醫藥大學，江蘇省南京市 210029 ） 摘要：目的：研究確立支擴寧合劑製備工藝及質量控制方法。方法：以方中君藥黃芩有效成 分黃 芩苷為指標 ，通過正交試驗 法對提取工藝進行考查，確定製備 工藝。採用高效液相色譜法（HPLC ） 測定製劑中黃芩苷含量，通過薄層色譜 法（TLC ）對製劑中黃芩、枳殼、丹參進行薄層定性鑒別。 結果：確 定製備工藝為取方中苦杏仁蒸餾提取，收取 蒸餾液，藥渣合併方中黃芩餘藥十二味 ，加 水煎煮 3 次，每次加8倍量，煎煮 1 h ，濾取煎液 ，減壓濃縮 ，取清液加 苦杏仁蒸餾液。結論： 支擴寧合劑製備工藝合理 、穩 定。含量測 定方法準確、重現 性好、操作簡單； 定性鑒別色譜斑點 清晰 、分離良好 、陰性對照 液無幹擾 ，可作 為質量控制標準 。 關鍵詞：支擴寧合劑 ；製備工藝 ；質量控制 ；黃芩苷 ；正交試驗 ；高效液相色譜 ；薄層色譜法 Studies on Preparation Technology and Quality Control of Zhikuoning Mixture 1* 2 1 3 Qibiao WU , Qingguo DA , Shihong CAO , Jinfu LU ( 1.
