石家庄经济学院本科生毕业论文 摘 要 在当今企业经营管理日趋完善与科学的情况下建立有效的授权管理体系是企业实现高速发展的重要措施之一，也是企业对企业员工进行有效管理的重要手段。一般来讲,企业的失败在某种程度上都可归咎于内部管理细节失败。而内部管理细节中的授权管理对于企业的经营管理的重要性日益凸显，其涉及企业运营的各个层次，包括各项业务、业务流程中的各个环节、企业中的每一个成员。毋庸置疑，现实中并不存在一个适用于所有企业的授权体系，但在设计内部授权体系时、存在一些共性的理论基础。本文是针对北京今久广告有限责任公司中人力资源方面的授权管理问题提出的授权优化建议，包括常见授权失败问题以及原因分析，并提出问题解决方案，通过对权限细分、方法时间认定以及人员行使细则来优化企业管理体系，最后通过授权控制使得该公司管理体系日益完善。 关键词 有效授权 授权体系 监督控制 ABSTRACT In todays enterprise management is becoming more and more perfect and scientific establishment of authorization management system is one of the important measures to speed the development of the enterprise, also is the enterprise an important means of effective management of employees. Generally speaking, the failure of enterprises can be attributed to the details of the internal management failure in some extent. The authorization management details in the internal management of the importance to the management of enterprises has become increasingly prominent, the various levels involved in business operation, every member of the business, including business process each link, in the enterprise. Needless to say, in reality, there is not a suitable for all the enterprises authorization system, but in the design of internal authorization system, there is theoretical basis of some common. This paper is proposed according to the authorization management authorization optimization problems of human resources in Beijing this time advertising limited liability company aspects, including analysis of problems and causes of failure of authorization, and puts forward the solutions to problems, through the exercise of jurisdiction rules, as well as subdivision method to optimize the enterprise personnel management system, finally make the company management system perfection through authorization control.
