工作职位一描述(Job Position 1 Description) 1. 职位： 援助员，汉语(Aid worker, Chinese) 2. 岗位职责： 为了帮助在芬兰社会中孤立的中国人（如失业，失学，未受教育，没有社会关 系），并在政府主管部门和非政府组织之间创建一个合作网络； To help those Chinese persons who are alienated from the society (e.g. not working, not studying, not in education and have no connections) and to create a cooperation network between government authorities and Chinese NGOs; 援助对象重点是帮助受到工作歧视，人口走私，或者家庭暴力的中国受害者。援 助员通过把受害人带给适当的机构及其他的华盟合作伙伴实施援助； To help those Chinese persons primarily who are victims of crimes of work discrimination or human trafficking or victims of domestic violence. The helping is done by directing these persons to proper authorities and other cooperation partners; 完成执委会所要求的对华盟发展有益的工作； To accomplish works assigned by Board of Chinese Alliance in Finland(SKA) that benefits SKA; 该职位向华盟执委会汇报； Report to Huameng Board; 该职位由芬兰Ray 公司资助。 The job position is sponsored by Ray. 3. 岗位要求： (1) 必须符合以下要求(Mandatory conditions)： - 普通话为母语； Native Mandarin Chinese speaking - 熟悉芬兰社会； Be familiar with Finnish society - 熟悉中国文化； Be familiar with Chinese culture - 有高等教育的背景； Higher educational background - 杰出的汉语写作能力,沟通表达能力强。 Excellent skills in writing Chinese and good communication skills (2) 符合以下要求会获得加分(Meeting all or part of following requirements get extra support) ： - 有民间组织或其他组织的工作经验； Experienced in NGO or other organization work - 熟悉芬兰的法律体系； Be familiar with Finnish legal system - 有帮助华人的经验,能力及意愿； Experience, ability and aspiration in helping Chinese - 有活动组织的能力； Ability to organize activities - 掌握基本的计算机技能，比如会使用办公室软件； Basic computer skills, such as Office software - 英语好，英语口语流利并英语写作能力强； Good command of English, be able to speak English fluently and write English well - 懂得芬兰语，但不是必须的。 Good command of Finnish is a merit,
