外周血CD4CD25CD127调节性T细胞在过敏性紫癜中表达及意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨外周血CD4+CD25+CD127+调节性T细胞在HSP患儿治疗前和治疗后的表达及其临床意义。 方法 选取HSP患儿41例作为观察组，选取健康儿童41例作为对照组，检测对照组儿童及观察组患儿治疗前后的CD4+CD25+CD127+值。 结果 （1）治疗前与对照组比较，CD4+CD25+CD127+明显降低（P ＜ 0.05）；（2）与治疗前比较，观察组患儿的CD4+CD25+CD127+值在治疗后明显升高（P ＜ 0.05）；（3）与对照组比较，观察组患儿治疗后CD4+CD25+CD127+值差异无显著性（P ＞0 .05）。 结论 外周血CD4+CD25+CD127+值在HSP患儿治疗前显著降低，给予有效的治疗后其值显著升高，可能在HSP的发生发展过程中调节性T细胞进行了参与。而对于HSP患儿对疾病的有效预测，可以对其CD4+CD25+CD127+值进行测定。 　　[关键词] 过敏性紫癜；外周血CD4+CD25+CD127-；调节性T细胞 　　[中图分类号] R725.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）03-0092-02 　　 　　Expression and significance of peripheral blood CD4 + CD25 + CD127-regulatory T cells of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura 　　LI Yi HE Chaoqi ZHAO Yuan 　　Department of Laboratory, Xiaoshan District the First Hospital Affiliated of Hangzhou Normal University Hospital, Hangzhou 311201, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the level of CD4+CD25+CD127+regulatory T cells in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura before and after treatment and its clinical significance.
