多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效评价 　　[摘要] 目的 评价多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 选择2011年1月～2012年1月在我院进行治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者64例为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，观察组用药前3 d，每12小时予地塞米松8 mg口服，然后每周予多西他赛75 mg/m2，第1天；顺铂75 mg/m2，第1天，静滴1 h，每3周重复1次 ，连用6周，后停药2周，以上为1个疗程。对照组予地塞米松25 mg/m2后予顺铂80 mg/m2，静滴1 h，疗程同上。共3个疗程。对两组的疗效及不良反应进行对比分析。 结果 观察组的疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组WBC减少、PLT降低、恶心呕吐的发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效确切，不良反应少。 　　[关键词] 非小细胞肺癌；多西他赛；顺铂 　　[中图分类号] R734.2[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）15-0041-03 　　 　　Clinical evaluation of the efficacy of docetaxel combined cisplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer 　　LU Yang 　　Department of Oncology, Qilu Petrochemical Group Hospital Center Hospital, Zibo 255400, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of docetaxel combined cisplatin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 64 cases with non-small cell lung cancer from Jan 2011 to Jan 2012 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 patients in the observation group, before three days, the observation group were treated with dexamethasone 8 mg orally medication every 12 hours, and then added docetaxel 75 mg/m2 at the first day; cisplatin 75 mg/m2 at the first day, intravenous 1 hour infusion every 3 weeks, total six weeks, stopping two weeks, there was a course. 32 patients in the control group, was given intravenous infusion for 1 hour, cisplatin 80 mg/m2 intravenous 1 hour, a total of three courses. Efficacy and adverse events were analyzed. Results The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05). WBC reduction and PLT reduction and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion The docetaxel plus cisplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer is efficacy, less toxicity, should be popularized and applied. 　　[Key words] Non-small cell lung cancer; Doc
