学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 本文记述了制备管压圈添装机构的设计过程。设计根据课题要求对普通冲压模具进行了改造。其中，详细阐述了制备管压圈添装机构的主要部件的设计，并作了简要的结构分析；动力源步进电机的选择及动力传动结构的设计；运动结构及其涉及的标准件的选择；制备管的定位及其传输方式的确定；PLC控制系统的程序及其流程；也叙述了设计中特殊部件在UG中建模的方法。这种四杆机构推动的自动填装机构，能够在快速装配压圈的同时保证装配精度，也能保证制备管在装配过程中不被损坏。 关键词：冲压模具；PLC；UG；四杆机构 Abstract This paper chronicles the design process of the adding equipment sector of the preparation of tube pressure ring .
