PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 随着经济的发展，近几年我国水污染控制所面临的问题也愈加严重。我国人均水资源占有量远小于世界平均水平。而水环境污染的加剧与水质的普遍恶化，使得水资源供需矛盾进一步加剧，这导致了人们开始担心饮用水水质的安全性。如何建设全国城镇污水处理及再生利用设施、提升基本环境公共服务水平、促进主要污染物减排和改善水环境质量成为了当下主要的问题。 本次毕业设计的题目为城市污水处理厂工程设计，本设计采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺。本设计的主要内容是工艺流程的选择；构筑物的设计、选型与计算；平面布置和高程布置；绘制城市污水厂平面布置图、高程图、工艺流程图及主要构筑物的施工图。 城市污水的水质特点为水中有机物、氨氮浓度较低，可生化性较好，适宜采用生物处理工艺进行处理。 本设计的污水处理厂进水水质为：CODcr=220mg/L，BOD5=100mg/L，SS=200mg/L，TN=30mg/L，NH3-N=20mg/L，pH=6～9。经组合工艺处理后，污水处理厂出水水质为：CODcr≤60mg/L，BOD5≤20mg/L， SS≤20mg/L，TN≤20mg/L，NH3-N≤8mg/L，pH=6～9。满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）中的一级B标准。 关键词： 城市污水，卡鲁塞尔氧化沟，生物处理 Designing of 1.1×105m3/d Municipal Wastewater Treatment Process Abstract With economic development in recent years, the problem of water pollution control are also facing increasingly serious. Chinas per capita possession of water resources far less than the world average. Exacerbate the general deterioration of water quality and water pollution, water supply and demand makes further intensified. This has led people began to worry about the safety of drinking water. How to build the national sewage treatment and recycling facilities towns, enhance the level of basic public services, the environment, and promote emissions of major pollutants and improve the water quality of the environment has become a major problem the moment. The topic of the thesis is finding out some combined technologies to treat the municipal wastewater. The main of the combined technologies is Carrousel oxidation ditch process. The main contents of this design is the process of choice; structures design, selection and calculation; plane layout and height layout; draw the plant layout maps, height layout maps, process flow diagrams and the main building of the construction plans for the municipal wastewater treatment. Low concentrations of organic matter and ammonia is the water quality characteristics of municipal wastewater .And it suitable for processing biological treatment process.
