安全质量管理对药品管理影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨安全质量管理对药品管理的影响。 方法 根据药剂科是否实施安全质量管理，将2012年2月～2014年7月实施前作为对照组，2014年8月～2015年7月实施后作为观察组，比较两组的药品不良事件（药品损坏、药品滥用、药品过期）发生率、药品管理（未按要求储存、未按规范防放置）情况和患者对药剂科的满意度。 结果 观察组的药品不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的药品未按要求储存发生率和未按规范放置发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的总满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 安全质量管理在药剂科中的应用效果显著，能够显著降低药品不良事件发生率，改善药品管理状况，且患者对药剂科的满意度明显提高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 药剂科；安全质量管理；影响 　　[中图分类号] R954 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（c）-0130-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of safety and quality management on drug management. Methods According to whether the implementation of safety and quality management of pharmacy department，before implementation from February 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the control group，after implementation from August 2014 ～ July 2015 were selected as the the observation group.The incidence rate of adverse drug events （drug damage，drug abuse，drug expired），the situation of drug management （not stored as required and not placed as specification） and the degree of patient satisfaction to department of pharmacy was compared respectively. Results The incidence rate of adverse drug event in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The incidence rate of not stored as required and not placed as specification in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The total satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.01）. Conclusion The application effect of safety and quality management in the department of pharmacy is significant，which can reduce the incidence rate of adverse drug events，improve drug management，and patient satisfaction to pharmacy department is increased significantly，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Department of pharmacy；Safety and quality management；Influence 　　在医疗机构中，药剂科既是基础部门，又是重要部门[1
