安全转运程序管理在院内危重患者转运中应用 　　[摘要]目的 分析研究安全?D运程序管理在院内危重患者转运中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月～2016年9月收治的720例患者作为研究对象，按入院时间分为观察组（2015年1～11月）与对照组（2015年12月～2016年9月），每组360例。观察组患者实施安全转运程序管理，对照组患者实施常规转运程序管理，比较两组患者的转运时间、患者家属满意度、不良事件发生率。结果 观察组患者的转运时间为（11.98±3.14）min，患者家属满意度为94.17%，不良事件发生率为1.12%；对照组患者的转运时间为（19.39±3.77）min，患者家属满意度为87.50%，不良事件发生率为4.47%；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 给予院内危重患者实施安全运转程序管理，可显著缩短转运时间，降低不良事件发生率，患者家属满意度高，对医院的发展以及保障患者的生命质量均有着重要意义，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]安全转运程序管理；院内危重患者；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R197.323 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（b）-0146-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze and study the application effect of safety transfer program management in the transportation of critically ill patients in hospital.Methods 720 patients from January 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group （from January to November 2015） and the control group （from December 2015 to September 2016） according to the admission，and each group was 360 cases.Patients in the observation group were given safety transfer program management，and patients in the control group were given general transfer program management.The transfer time，patient satisfaction degree，and the incidence rate of adverse event in the two groups were compared.Results The transfer time，patient satisfaction degree，and the incidence rate of adverse event in the observation group were respectively （11.98±3.14）min，94.17% and 1.12%，which were respectively （19.39±3.77）min，87.50% and 4.47% in the control group，and the difference was significant between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Using safety transfer program management in critically ill patients can shorten the time of transportation and reduce the incidence of adverse events，increase patient satisfaction degree，which with great significance for the development of hospital and the life quality of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words]Safety transfer program management；Critically ill patients in hospital；Applicati
