东华大学工商管理硕士学位论文 东华大学工商管理硕士学位论文 II II Abstract With the development of Chinas integrated transport system, highways, aviation and other modes of transport are growing rapidly, the share of railway in transportation market decreased. After Chinas accession to WTO, the freight market is fully liberalized, large number of foreign logistics companies to enter Chinas logistics market, the fierce market competition has caused tremendous pressure to Chinese railway freight. The Railway Administration is actively reform to meet the challenges from all sides, and strive to transform into modern railway logistics. That said, this paper selects X Railway Bureau as the research background, X Railway Bureau proposed third-party logistics enterprises to build logistics service supply chain (LSSC) through cooperation, in order to avoiding disadvantages and to enhance the core competitiveness of both companies. In view of the X Railway Bureau and the third party logistics enterprise of supply chain cooperation profit allocation, this paper constructed centralized control model, wholesale price contract model and revenue-sharing contract model for coordination, through the comparison between models, the revenue sharing contract can make the X Railway Bureau and the third party logistics enterprise logistics service supply chain to achieve the best overall state. Compared with the wholesale price contract, this contract can achieve the improvement of Pareto. Finally, this paper uses the existing data of X Railway Bureau, analysis of the three models introduced previously by setting the reasonable parameters, further validate the effectiveness of revenue-sharing contract in the supply chain in the distribution of cooperative interests, and PAGE PAGE IV according to the conclusion of the study on the X Railway Bureau of the implementation of revenue sharing contract coordination method and put forward reasonable suggestions.
