对因护理对消化道溃疡患者健康行为及复发率影响效果分析 　　摘要：目的 探讨对消化道溃疡患者进行对因护理对患者健康行为及复发率影响的临床效果。方法 2014年2月～2016年10月收治的300例消化道溃疡患者，将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，试验组与对照组各150例，试验组采取对因护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式，对两组患者的健康行为以及复发率进行比较。结果 试验组在饮食注意、规范用药、生活方式及预防复发等的健康行为良好率均明显高于对照组（P0.05）；试验组的复发率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 对消化道溃疡患者进行对因护理可以有效提高患者对健康行为的认识，降低HP复发率，在临床上有很好的应用效果。 　　关键词：对因护理；消化道溃疡；健康行为；复发率 　　中图分类号：R473.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）24-0088-02 　　Effect of Nursing on Health Behavior and Recurrence Rate of Patients with Gastrointestinal Ulcer 　　YI Yi-hong1，YU Xiang-feng2 　　（Department of Gastroenterology1，Cardiovascular2，Second Peoples Hospital of Yichun City，Yichun 336000，Jiangxi，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing patients on the health behavior and recurrence rate of patients with gastrointestinal ulcer.Methods From February 2014 to October 2016，300 patients with gastrointestinal ulcer were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The test group and the control group with 150 cases in each group，the experimental group was taken for nursing mode，the control group received routine nursing， compare two groups of patients with health behavior and recurrence rate.Results In the experimental group，diet attention，standard medication，good rate of health behavior and the prevention of recurrence were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）； the recurrence rate of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion For nursing can effectively improve the patients knowledge on health behavior of patients with peptic ulcer，reduce the recurrence rate of HP，have a good effect in clinic. 　　Key words：For nursing care；Gastrointestinal ulcers；Health behavior；Recurrence rate 　　消化道溃疡属于消化系统疾病中的一种常见疾病，发病症状为腹胀、反酸、疼痛、嗳气等，治疗很难除根[1]，时常复发，对患者的生活产生了严重的影响。消化道溃疡受到环境、饮食、心理等因素的影响[2]，为了防止复发，提高治疗效果，减少影响疾病的因素产生就尤为重要。对因护理是一种针对疾病的影响因素的模式，对降低复发率，有很好的临床效果。我院2014年2月～2016年10月收治的150例消化道溃疡患者采取对因护理模式取得了很好的效果，现报道如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选取2014年2月～20
