PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III 人事管理系统的设计与实现 摘要 在计算机、网络和信息技术不断发展的今天，纸质办公早已不适应时代发展的需要，因为它浪费大量人力和物力，在信息时代，这种传统的方法被计算机所取代，使办公系统走向系统化、科学化和网络化已经成为一种必然趋势,本文使用面向对象的方法对企业人事管理系统进行系统分析，分析了系统的数据流图、流程图、用例图和功能模块图等，在此基础上，采用目前流行的SSH组合框架开发技术，实现了一个基于B/S架构的企业人事管理系统。在系统开发过程中，不仅实现了员工档案信息、考勤信息、工资信息等的管理，也解决了传统的J2EE在开发系统时会遇到业务层分配、耦合以及对事务的管理等问题，使系统具有了良好的可维护性和可扩展性。 关键词：人事管理；SSH；B/S架构；J2EE The design and implementation of personnel management system Abstract With the constant development of computer, network and information technology today, paper-based office already cant meet the needs of times development, because it is a huge waste of manpower and material resources, in the information age, the traditional method is replaced by the computer, make the office system to the systematic, scientific, and network has become an inevitable trend, this article USES the object-oriented method to the enterprise personnel management system to carry on the system analysis, the data flow diagram and flowchart of the system are analyzed, such as use case diagram and the function module chart, on this basis, using currently popular combination of SSH framework development technology, implements an enterprise personnel management system based on B/S architecture.
