手足口病治疗前后C反应蛋白超敏C反应蛋白降钙素原检测波动情况分析 　　【摘要】 目的 分析C反??蛋白（CRP）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）检测在普通型手足口病患儿治疗前后的波动情况。方法 103例普通型手足口病患儿， 所有患儿均给予抗病毒、清热解毒、对症治疗， 未使用抗菌药物。采用免疫层析法检测入院时及体温稳定3 d后的C反应蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平， 观察检测结果。结果 初次检测103例患儿中C反应蛋白高于正常73例（70.87%）， 超敏C反应蛋白高于正常69例（66.99%）， 降钙素原高于正常80例（77.67%）。所有患儿均于治疗2～5 d体温恢复正常， 口腔疱疹逐渐消退， 手足臀部下肢皮疹基本结痂消退， 饮食恢复正常， 于体温恢复3 d复查C反应蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原均降至正常， 完善咽拭子培养均为阴性。所有患儿均治疗5～8 d病愈出院， 门诊追踪1周无病情反复。结论 手足口病普通型， 尤其伴有发热患儿大部分早期出现C反应蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原增高， 不给予抗菌药物治疗， 热退3 d后恢复正常， 不可作为合并细菌感染指标， 需综合评判。 　　【关键词】 手足口病；C反应蛋白；超敏C反应蛋白；降钙素原；儿童 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.33.015 　　Analysis of fluctuation of C reactive protein， hypersensitive C reactive protein and procalcitonin before and after treatment of hand foot mouth disease YANG Li-ping. Methods The levels of C reactive protein， hypersensitive C reactive protein and procalcitonin of 　　103 children with common hand foot mouth disease were examined by immune chromatography on admission and 3 d after body temperature stabilization， and the results were observed. All children were given antiviral， Qingre Jiedu， symptomatic treatment， and did not use antimicrobial agents.
