“建造-测试-获取反馈-修整”的 闭合流程在企业内部可有效处理不同职能部门的 关切,在外部可协助企业和用户共同定义产品需求,消除了产品研发中的不确定因素。 本论文的创新之处在于:本文以提高中小客车生产企业创新能力为目标,从发现和 解决研发流程中的缺陷着手,通过改善组织的知识管理来对新产品研发体系进行优化。 研究还找出确保有效的知识转移,增加组织内部知识共享的方法,以此提高新产品 研发的成功率。通过推动企业人材管理素养和经营理念的提升,帮助中小客车企业建立 学习型的多功能团队,形成长久的竞争优势。 关键词:研发;阶段-关口;跨职能协同;知识管理 II III III THE RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES FOR MEDIUM AND SMALL BUS MANUFACTORIES ABSTRACT Due to slower economical growth and the impact of railway passenger industry on road passenger industry, as well as cooling down of school bus and new energy bus market, domestic passenger car output and sale volume had a dramatic decrease. In recent years, passenger car market dominated by several larger bus manufactories. Passenger car industry concentration rises steadily year by year. The small and medium-sized car manufactories which haven’t cost advantage and operate in a rigorous business environment are in a tough position now. In order to survive and develop in this intense passenger car market competition, innovation is the key way for the small and medium-sized enterprises. Innovation requires not only methods, but also a special environment. Furthermore, it is crucial to establish encouragement system on the implementation of innovation thoughts and behavior in business organizations. In this study, through the optimization of research and development process for small and medium-sized passenger car manufactories, the shortages of the existing processes are overcome, which ensuring the effect the innovation. This paper introduces the general model of the new product research and development process in domestic small and medium-sized passenger car manufactories. The organization and process activities during research and development are analyzed using Robert G. Coopers five stages-gate theory. The current research and development process in small and medium-sized businesses has three major weaknesses. First, it neglects the fuzzy front stage. Second, it has some defects a
