PAGE PAGE 3 文章编号 中图分类号 文献标识码 贵州省黔南州1～14岁苗族儿童支气管哮喘病与生长发育的关系研究 郭启燕1，杨予2，李溥1，宋发友3，熊其江4，李正福5，韦艳萍6，罗 毅7，班继超8 摘 要：[目的] 了解贵州省黔南州1～14岁苗族儿童支气管哮喘与生长发育指标的关系，为开展黔南地区儿童支气管哮喘的防治提供依据。[方法] 选取2010年9月～2011年3月在黔南州12县（市）调查证实患哮喘病1～14岁苗族儿童260例为观察组。选择同期同年龄段正常儿童260名作为对照组，两组按年龄均分为4个年龄组，1～4岁、5～8岁、9～12岁和13～岁年龄组。分别测量两组各年龄段儿童身高、体重、胸围、BMI值及实验室检查血红蛋白（Hb）、碱性磷酸酶（AKP）及骨钙素（BGP）含量。观察组再根据患儿病情严重程度分为轻度哮喘病组、中度哮喘病组和重度哮喘病组3个亚组，组间进行比较。 [结果] 观察组各年龄段儿童身高、胸围、Hb、AKP及BGP含量水平分别与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01），而BMI指数值仅1～4岁年龄段与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组重度哮喘儿童身高、体重、胸围、Hb、AKP及BGP含量水平分别与轻、中度哮喘病儿童比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。[结论]苗族哮喘儿童生长发育指标均低于同年龄段健康儿童，儿童哮喘病情越重，生长发育指标下降越明显。 关键词: 支气管哮喘病 儿童/ 生长和发育 相互影响分析 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BRONCHIAL ASTHMA AND GROWTH INDEX OF CHILDREN OF THE MIAO NATIONLITY AGED ONE TO FOURTEEN IN QIANNAN AUTONOMOUS PREFECTURE GUO Qi-yang,YANG Yue, LI Pu, et,al. (Department of Bichemistry, Qiannan Abstract:[ Objective] To observe the relation between bronchial asthma and growth index of children of the Miao nationality with the age ranging from one to fourteen., and to provide scientific bases for bronchial asthma. [Methods] 260 children with asthma are divided into four groups according to their ages: One-four ，five-eight ， nine-twelve, thirteen -. And they are categorized in accordance with the degree of their diseases as the mild, the moderate (and the heavy; then 260 normal children of the same age range are chosen 2 counties (cities) during September, 2010 to March, 2011 in Qiannan Autonomous as the control groups to get their height, weight, bust, BMI measured ,hemoglobin (Hb), alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and bone gamma carboxyglutamic acid containing proteins (BGP)their tested in laboratory. [Results] The height, bust, Hb，AKP and BGP level for the observing group is distinctly lower than those for the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P0.01).and so do the differences of the BMI values of the children aged one-four (P0.05) .while the diff
