— — PAGE 1— 摘 要 中药内服、外用及 NB-UVB 治疗寻常型银屑病 脾虚湿盛证临床研究 摘 要 目的：中药内服、中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑 病临床有效率观察。方法：根据随机、对照的原则，将符合观察标准的寻常型银屑 病患者分为 3 组，治疗组为中药内服、中药药浴联合 NB-UVB 照射组，对照 1 组为 NB-UVB 照射组，对照 2 组为中药内服联合中药药浴组，观察有效率、治疗前后 PASI 积分改善率、治愈时间、紫外线累积量、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果：（1） 治疗 4 周时，治疗组与对照 1 组有效率相当，（χ2=0.606，p0.05）；治疗组有效率高 于对照 2 组（χ2=16.61，p0.01），对照 1 有效率高于 2 组（χ2=10.91，p0.01）。治 疗 8 周时，治疗组有效率高于对照 1、2 组，（χ2=9.42，p0.01、χ2=21.21，p0.01）； 对照 1、2 组有效率相当， (χ2=2.82，p0.05)；（2）治疗前后治疗组皮损 PASI 评分 改善率高于对照 1、2 组（t=4.890， p0.05、t=10.10， p0.01）；对照 1 组皮损 PASI 评分改善率与对照 2 组相当（t=5.24， p0.05）；（3）治疗后治疗组紫外线累积量 低于对照 1 组（t=4.517，p0.01）；（4）治愈时间治疗组低于对照 1、2 组（t=1.721， p0.05、t=5.879，p0.01），对照 1 组低于对照 2 组（t=3.979，p0.05）；（5）在治 疗过程中，治疗组有 14 例，对照 1 组有 36 例出现不良反应。治疗组发生不良反应 低于对照 1 组（χ2=5.10，p0.05）；（6）治疗组复发率低于对照 1 组(χ2=5.14，p0.05)； 治疗组复发率与对照 2 组相当（χ2=0.14，p0.05）。结论：中药内服、外洗治疗联合 窄谱中波紫外线照射寻常型银屑病可以提高有效率、缩短疗程、降低不良反应、减 少紫外线累积量及降低复发率。 关键词：银屑病；中药口服；中药药浴；窄谱中波紫外线；联合治疗 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 Clinical Research Of Herbal Oral Administration And Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath Combined With Narrow-band Ultraviolet B For The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Abstract Objective: To Observe the therapeutic effects of herbal oral administration and Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) for the Treatment of psoriasis Vulgaris.Method: According to principle of random choosing and comparism,put the suitable patients into the three group,Treatment group were treated with Herbal Oral Administration and Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath combined with NB-UVB; Control group 1 were treated with NB-UVB;Control group 2 were treated with Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath.Therapeutic effective、The comparison of PASI grades between pre-treatment post-treatment(%)、Cure time、Ultraviolet cumulant、recurrence rate,and adverse reaction were monitored.Result: (1)After treated 4 weeks, Treatment group have equivalent effects with Control group 1 (χ2=0.606,p0.05); Treatment group effec
