VOL.16,pp.63-78 (March 2008) 63 我國技術人員工作價值觀與工作滿意度之 相關研究：以中部地區模具製造業為例 楊明恭、葛珍珍、楊書泓 摘 要 本研究的目的主要在了解我國 中部地區的企業模具製造部門的工作價值觀與工作滿 意度的現況與相關情形 ；並探討不同背景變項的員工對於工作價值觀與工作滿意度的差 異情形，以及工作價值觀與工作滿意度的相關情形。 本研究的研究方法採取問卷調查法 ，首先蒐集相關文獻來建構本 研究主題並作為發 展問卷工具之參考 ；研究母群為中部地區具有模具部門的企業技術員工 ，共寄出 1080 份 問卷 ，回收有效樣本 629 份。資料經統計分析後，獲得結論如下： 一 、中部地區模具製造部門員工的工作價值觀認同程度的高低次序依序為 ，「工作投入 」、 「責任感」、「工作榮耀」、「上進」、「社會地位」、「報酬」。 二、中部地區模具製造部門員工的工作滿意度介於「沒意見」與「不認同」之間。 三、不同員工背景變項對工作價值觀及工作滿意度的知覺有顯著差異。 四 、工作價值觀與工作滿意度 ，有顯著相關 ；工作價值觀部分變項可以預測工作滿意度。 關鍵詞：模具製造業、工作價值觀、工作滿意度。 楊明恭 ：修平技術學院資訊管理系教授兼副校長 葛珍珍：彰化師範大學工業教育與技術學系研究生 楊書泓：彰化師範大學工業教育與技術學系研究生 投稿日期 ：960420 接受刊登日期 ：960808 64 修平學報 第十六期 民國九十七年三月 The Work Values and Job-satisfaction of Technical Employees in Taiwan: A Study of Department of Mold Production in the Central Area. Ming-Kung Yang, Chen-Chen Ko, Sui-Hung Yang Abstract The purpose of this study was to comprehend the work values, job satisfactions, and other related information of the mold production departments in the manufacturing factories which have joined the Taiwan Mold Die Industry Association in the middle part of Taiwan; and observe how employees at vary backgrounds differentiate their work values and job satisfactions; to discuss the relevancies between work values and job satisfactions. The research tools of this study were referred from “The Work Values Observing Chart” and “The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire”. The research samples contained manufacture industries which have a mold production department in the factory. 1080 questionnaires were mailed and 629 valid questionnaires were collected. The
