探讨护理干预在透析患者皮肤瘙痒中作用 　　[摘要] 目的 分析护理干预在尿毒症透析患者皮肤瘙痒中的作用。方法 方便选取该院2014 年3月―2017年3月期间收治的52例尿毒症透析皮肤瘙痒患者根据不同的护理干预方式随机分为实验组（26例，常规护理同时配合综合护理干预措施）和对照组（26例，实施常规护理干预措施），通过皮肤瘙痒症状评分法评估两组患者皮肤瘙痒程度，对比两组患者护理前后皮肤瘙痒评分以及治疗总有效率等情况。结果 两组患者护理后皮肤瘙痒症状评分相对于护理前均有所下降，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），但实验组患者皮肤瘙痒症状评分相对于对照组下降更显著，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组患者治疗总有效率（92.3%）显著高于对照组（73.1%），实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 尿毒症透析皮肤瘙痒患者实施综合护理干预措施可有效缓解患者皮肤瘙痒症状，减轻患者不适，值得在临床上广泛推广应用。 　　[关键词] 尿毒症；血液透析；皮肤瘙痒；护理干预；作用分析 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（c）-0172-03 　　Study on Effect of Nursing Intervention in Skin Itch of Dialysis Patients 　　CHEN Wei， CHEN Gen-feng 　　Hemodialysis room， Xinghua People’s Hospital， Xinghua， Jiangsu Province， 225700 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in skin itch of dialysis patients.
