护理干预对突发性耳聋患者治疗效果影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨护理干预对突发性耳聋患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法：对2014年6月-2016年10月在笔者所在医院耳鼻喉科住院的69例突发性耳聋患者给予多种综合护理干预，纳入观察组，选取2013年1月-2014年5月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的69例突发性耳聋患者，仅提供临床传统护理措施，纳入对照组，比较两组护理有效率。结果：观察组在药物等治疗基础上给予多种综合护理干预措施后，痊愈31例，显效19例，有效14例，无效5例，总有效率为92.75%，明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对患有突发性耳聋的患者实施综合性护理干预措施，可有效缓解其临床症状，对促进患者听力恢复、提高生活质量具有重要的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 突发性耳聋； 护理干预； 效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.16.024 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）16-0045-02 　　The Treatment Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Sudden Deafness/XIAO Cai-qun，ZHANG Shou-xia，LI Li，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（16）：45-46 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the treatment effect of nursing intervention on patients with sudden deafness.Method：A total of 69 cases of patients with sudden deafness admitted to ear-nose-throat department of the author’s hospital from June 2014 to October 2016 were selected，given various comprehensive nursing interventions and served as observation group.69 cases of patients with sudden deafness treated and admitted to our hospital in the period of January 2013 to May 2014 were served as contrast and researched.They were only provided with traditional nursing intervention and served as the control group so as to compare the nursing efficiency of two groups.Result：On the basis of drug treatment，after giving various comprehensive nursing intervention measures，31 cases were fully cured，19 cases had excellent effect，14 cases had effect，and five cases had no effect in observation group，which were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Providing comprehensive nursing intervention measures for patients with sudden deafness can effectively improve clinical symptoms，and has important clinical significance in promoting patients’ hearing recovery and improving life quality. 　　【Key words】 Sudden deafness； Nursing intervention； Effect 　　First-author’s address：Yuancheng District People’s Hospital of Heyuan City，Heyuan 517000，Chin
