护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2013年8月～2014年11月在本院接受治疗的76例精神分裂症患者，将其随机分为对照组和干预组，每组38例。两组均采用常规治疗，干预组在常规治疗基础上给予护理干预。半年及一年后，采用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）、阴性与阳性症状量表（PANSS）进行评定，同时进行服药依从率及家属满意度的比较。 结果 干预半年及一年后，两组的生活质量及精神状态均有所改善，且干预组的生活质量和精神状态优于对照组（P0.05）。干预后一年，干预组的生活质量总分和PANSS总分分别为（18.97±7.37）与（27.58±4.52）分，对照组分别为（15.26±7.48）与（33.58±2.19）分，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；干预组的服药依从率与家属满意度均高于对照组（92.11%与63.16% vs 73.68%与34.21%）（P0.05）。 结论 护理干预对提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量有积极影响，能很好地提升患者的社会适应能力。 　　[关键词] 精神分裂症；护理干预；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0179-04 　　Impact of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with schizophrenia 　　WEI Dong-mei WEI Chang-shu YANG Yu-zhu 　　The Second Male Ward，Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital of Guangzhou City，Guangzhou 510430，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.
