成长小组模式在儿童良好亲子关系构建中的应用研究中文摘要 成长小组模式在儿童良好亲子关系构建中的应用研究 中文摘要 I I 成长小组模式在儿童良好亲子关系构建中的应用研究中文摘要 成长小组模式在儿童良好亲子关系构建中的应用研究 中文摘要 英文摘要成长小组模式在儿童良好亲子关系构建中的应用研究 英文摘要 成长小组模式在儿童良好亲子关系构建中的应用研究 I I II II 成长小组模式在儿童良好亲子关系构建中的应用研究 ——以齐家堂“妈咪偶”成长小组为例 中文摘要 亲子关系是人生中重要的人际关系之一，学龄初期是建立良好亲子关系的关键时 期。如今学龄初期儿童的父母多数属于八零后，当时独特环境下成长起来的他们，深 刻认识到亲子关系的重要性。但过往的成长经历和如今忙碌的工作现实，致使部分八 零后父母缺乏与孩子沟通的技巧和时间，在亲子关系的构建上力不从心，所以运用成 长小组提升亲子关系显得格外紧迫与重要。 齐家堂“妈咪偶”亲子绘本实验剧团是苏州市首届妇联微创投中标项目之一，本 研究在该项目的基础上组建成长小组，并以该小组为研究对象；笔者采用访谈法、量 表法和观察法，对八零后父母亲子关系现状及优化需求进行调查，立足于绘本剧的阅 读、排练和演出，结合服务对象的特点设计并实施了“亲子共听”、“亲子共读”、 “亲子共做”、“亲子共排”、“亲子共演”等模块活动。积极为服务对象拓展绘本 阅读内容，帮助掌握亲子共读策略，培养孩子良好的阅读习惯，提高家长亲子沟通技 能，最终实现亲子关系融合。 本文最后总结了成长小组模式在亲子关系优化提升中具有的独特优势，即在服务 目标上有效回应八零后父母在亲子关系优化方面的需求；在服务内容上为亲子提供更 多沟通交流的机会和平台；在服务效果上促使亲子从思想、感情和行为等方面觉醒并 深刻反思，从而不断获得成长，促进亲子关系的良性发展。 关键词：成长小组 亲子关系 儿童剧 绘本 作 者：李 松 指导老师：陈红霞 The application study of growing group mode in buliding the well parent-kid relationship ——Based on the Growing Group Named “Mammy and Doll”in the Organization of Regulate Family Abstract The parent-kid relationship is one of the important inter-relationships in our life. The key period for building a well parent-kid relationship is the initial stage of school age. The parents of kids in the initial stage of school age, mostly born in and after 1980, grew up under a kind of particular environment, and they deeply realize the importance of developing parent-kid relationship. Those parents lack of communication skill and time with their kids, and they want to build a well parent-kid relationship, however, their strength is not equal to the will. It was caused by their growing experience and daily busy work. Thus, it is urgent and essential to enhance the parent-kid relationship through application of growing group.
