Safe City system has a powerful access ability and flexible access way. The system is built in conjunction with the civil defense, equipment defense and technology defense, in order that we can establish a digital city and road traffic management system. The system is provided with a wide range of supervisory control and data exchange platform for resource sharing. Technical prevention network construction of Xiqing district is the important applicationin of Tianjin Safe City. Technical prevention network is designed after analyzing the need of construction, the construction scale, design standard and principle.The effectiveness and practicality of technical prevention network is improved.
