重庆大学重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 PAGE PAGE IV method of data collection based on RS-485 bus technology in the data acquisition system. Aimed at the question of two-way and real-time data communication between foreground system and data acquisition system, the thesis offered OPC XML-DA technology as a method of data transmission between the two systems, used foreground system as OPC server and data acquisition system as client, and realized the two-way and real-time data exchange between the two systems at last. In order to improve the applicability of foreground system, the thesis proposed a method of foreground system software dynamic configuration based on the parameter index and expanded the configurable functions of foreground system. The configurable functions mainly conclude the controls of foreground system monitoring interface and the maintence function of configuration parameters. Contraposed the characteristics of poor environment and complex working conditions in field well drilling, the thesis proposed using the RS-485 bus technology for field data acquisition, which has characteristics of simple wiring and strong anti-interference. Finally, on the bases of confirming the system architecture and in-depth study on the key technologies, the thesis developed the drilling OPC integration instrument system. Field application shows that the drilling OPC integration instrument system runs stable and reliable, improves the efficiency of the parameters monitoring in field well drilling, and reflects the technical features of digitalization, intelligence, integration and networking of new drilling instrument.
