护理干预对眼外伤致眼球摘除患者负性情绪及睡眠质量影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析护理干预对眼外伤所致眼球摘除患者负性情绪以及睡眠质量的影响。 方法 选取来我院就医的因眼外伤所致眼球摘除患者（60例、2015年1月11日～2016年1月21日）作为本次研究的对象，通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为两组，分别给予普通护理、个性化护理干预，探究两组患者焦虑自评量表评分、睡眠质量评分、护理满意度的差异性。 结果 观察组患者的焦虑自评量表评分为：（32.14±5.14）分，睡眠质量评分为（9.41±2.55）分，护理满意度为99.67%（29/30）；其结果与对照组患者的结果[焦虑自评量表评分（46.66±5.98）分；睡眠质量评分（15.47±2.57）分；护理满意度：66.67%]相比较，P0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 护理干预对眼外伤所致眼球摘除患者的负性情绪以及睡眠质量具有一定的影响作用，可有效改善其症状，提高预后效果。 　　[关键词] 护理干预；眼外伤；眼球摘除；负性情绪；睡眠质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.77 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）11-120-04 　　Effect of nursing intervention on negative emotions and sleep quality of eye injury caused by eye injury 　　WANG Qing1 GAO Luan1 WANG Chao2 　　1.
