护理干预对经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后引流管相关并发症预防价值 　　摘 要 目的：探讨护理干预在肾结石经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后引流管相关并发症的预防价值。方法：选择2010年10月-2013年10月收治的经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术患者116例，分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组给予引流管常规护理，观察组给予引流管预见性护理。结果：观察组术后住院7～10 d的比例明显高于对照组，而住院13～15 d的比例明显低于对照组（P0.05）。观察组引流管并发症发生率为1.72%，对照组为10.34%（P0.05）。结论：肾结石经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后给予预见性护理干预，可减少引流管相关并发症的发生。 　　关键词 肾结石 护理干预 经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术 引流管并发症 　　中图分类号：R473.6/R692.4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）10-0031-02 　　Preventive value of the nursing intervention on the complication of the tube insertion in the patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopic in the treatment of renal calculi 　　CHU Weilin 　　（Hubei Province Zhongshan Hospital， Wuhan Hubei 430033， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the preventive value of the nursing intervention on the complication related to the tube insertion after the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods： One hundred and sixteen cases with MPCNL in the treatment of renal calculi were selected from Oct. 2010 to Oct. 2013 and divided into an observation group and a control group with 58 cases each. The control group was given with drainage tube routine nursing and the observation group with the preventive nursing intervention on the complication about the tube insertion. Results： The proportion of the postoperative hospitalization （7～10 d） was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control one， however the proportion （13～15 d） was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control one. The incidence of the complication about the tube insertion was 1.72% in the observation group， and 10.34% in the control one （P0.05）.
