Research on Urban-Rural Ecological Barrier Construction Methods and Practice Research—Using a Case of Baoji High-Tech Zone A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Engineering By Zhao Zaixu Supervised by Associate Prof. Tao Tao Major：Building Technology Science College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Chongqing University， Chongqing， China May 2011  中文摘要 I 摘 要 随着中国经济的快速发展和城市化节奏的加快，加之城市建设用地盲目无序 的扩张，城市自然景观系统日益遭到破坏，自然生态环境质量和生态系统的整体 性功能下降，生境逐步恶化。此外，城市环境污染边缘化、机动车废气污染、城 市生态失衡等问题也不断加重，城市生态环境的形势日益严峻，严重影响了城市 可持续发展和城乡人居环境建设的进程。因此，恢复自然生态景观体系的完整性， 构建城乡生态屏障已成为将自??引入城市，消减城乡生活、生产污染和改善城乡 生态环境的有效途径。 基于此，本论文提出从城乡统筹的视角出发，借助景观生态学、GIS 等理论 和技术方法，构筑城乡生态屏障，即以城乡生态廊道为纽带，将散布在市域中相 对孤立的生态斑块联系起来，打造一个连续而完整的绿色生态网络，以期其能够 起到保障生态服务价值、保护生物多样性、引导城市空间良性发展以及城镇体系 合理布局等功能。此外，通过本研究，期冀能够对城乡生态规划、城乡绿地系统 规划、非建设用地规划等新方法的探索起到抛砖引玉之功效。 本文在分析阐释研究背景、国内外相关研究进展以及城乡生态屏障相关理论、 概念的基础上，提出本文的研究内容及方法，明确了本文的目的和意义，界定了 城乡生态屏障的概念及其与相关概念的辨析，这是本文创新点之一。针对传统绿 地系统等规划的问题与不足，提出了一套完整的城乡生态屏障构建方法，其流程 包括：①城乡生态屏障构建思路、原则的确定；②规划目标与规划尺度的确定； ③基于 GIS 的城乡生态环境综合分析评价；④基于生态敏感性分析的城乡生态 功能区划；⑤基于生态功能区划的城乡生态屏障设计与构建；⑥城乡生态屏障网 络的形成与优化。这是本文的研究重点和创新点之二。以宝鸡高新区编制统筹城 乡发展规划为契机，运用城乡生态屏障构建的理论与方法，提出构建宝鸡高新区 城乡生态屏障，使之成为指导城乡土地利用的结构框架，并制定保障措施与实施 建议，增强可操作性并指导下层次规划。将相关理论方法运用到统筹城乡发展规 划中，形成“一区携两带，五廊镶多块”的高新区城乡生态屏障结构体系。这也是 本文的创新点之三。 关键词： 城乡生态屏障，GIS，生态敏感性，生态功能区划 重庆大学硕士学位论文 II 英文摘要  PAGE 4 ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of Chinas economy and the acceleration of urbanization, urban construction land is expanding and urban landscape system is being destroyed.
