中国地质大学（北京） 现代远程教育 专 科 实 习 报 告 题 目 地下室剪力墙大钢模板的应用 学生姓名 王伟 批 次 高起专 专 业 土木工程 学 号 1119010310097 学习中心 知金北京 2012年4月 摘 要 大钢模板是一种大型的定型组合钢模板，将承重剪力墙的内外墙体混凝土模板制成片状的大型钢模板，模板尺寸根据每道墙面高度和开间的需要可制成一块或者由数块组拼成，特殊部位可根据工程特点定制。随着高层建筑的迅速发展，现浇混凝土结构比重日渐增大，而模板工程的费用也随之增加，因此促进模板技术的进步，是减少模板工程费用、节省劳动力、降低混凝土结构工程费用的重要途径。大钢模板在施工过程中由塔吊进行装、拆和吊运，使模板在流水段之间流水施工。大钢模板可适用于各种不同的建筑或构筑物，通用性强，模板刚度大，周转次数多，模板幅面大，减少塔吊吊次及工人操作时间，混凝土墙面成型后缝隙少、外观光滑、平整，表观效果好，满足清水混凝土要求，省去二次抹灰，缩短工期，综合效益好。 Abstract The steel formwork is a kind of assembled formwork with big-size and regular shape. While used to be the formwork for share wall, it can be manufactured to various pieces, the dimensions of which could be obtained according to the height and width of every wall, the same for special parts could be customized as per the need of the project. As the development of high-rise building, the proportion of concrete structure is increased gradually, accordingly the expense of formwork is increased too. Therefore, promoting the technique of formwork is an important way to decrease the expense of formwork, save manpower, low the fee of concrete-structure project. Tower-crane is used to lift the steel formwork during the construction and transfer them among streamlined work faces. The steel formwork suits for vary kinds of buildings or structures and has high inflexibility as well as big-size plate, it could be used for all-purpose and many times, the work time of tower crane and worker could also be decreased. The surfaces of formed concrete wall are smooth and flat and satisfy the requirement of bare concrete.
