沈阳理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 33 摘 要 随着经济全球化以及当前消费者对产品个性化需求的日益增长，企业对市场的需求和预测越来越难以把握，传统的推动式生产方式受到冲击，制造行业的生产模式已经由规模经济下的大规模生产转向了为获得竞争优势的大规模定制；同时，企业面临市场细分的威胁；行业竞争愈演愈烈，各企业为获得利润的最大化，通过各种管理方法不断降低生产成本，提高生产效率。 本文基于TOC对企业的应用进行了相关讨论。本文主要做了以下内容：对企业的生产排程和订单排产问题进行了一般性探讨，分析了MRPII和JIT的排产过程和方法，指出他们各自排产过程中的局限性，并提出了基于TOC的排产方法，详细阐述了如何寻求瓶颈资源以及瓶颈资源与非瓶颈资源的排产方法。使基于总成本最小化的运输批量与加工批量，从而瓶颈资源放大。讨论了基于TOC的订单排序问题，针对企业具体情况，运用所学理论方法构建一个适用的模型算例，为企业提高生产效率，节省成本。 关键词：约束理论；生产排程；瓶颈资源 Abstract With the globalization economy and the consumers demand increasing for production, its more difficult for enterprise to grasp the needs of the market and predicting, the traditional way is impacted, the enterprises planning management work turned to gaining the competitive advantage of mass customization form economies of scale of mass production.At the same time, the competition of industry is more and more intensified, enterprises improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost for maximum profit by various management method. In this paper, it discussed the application of enterprises on the TOC. It mainly did the following content: it discussed enterprises production scheduling and order the production scheduling in general, analysised the method of MRPII and JIT production scheduling process and method, pointed out their limitations, and put forward the production scheduling method of TOC,how to seek for bottleneck resources and the method of resources. Based on the total cost of that minimize transport and processing for bottleneck resources amplification. Discussed the scheduling problem of TOC, used their theory to construct a applicable model example to improve production efficiency and cost saving.
