天津理工大学2011届本科毕业论文 PAGE 19 EPC模式下施工阶段的成本控制研究 摘 要 EPC总承包模式是目前国际上流行的一种承发包模式，也是我国正在大力推广的，这种模式有诸多益处。EPC有利于整体方案的不断优化，有效克服设计、采购、施工相互制约和脱节的矛盾，有利于各阶段工作的合理交叉，有效地对质量、进度和成本进行综合控制。EPC工程高收益与高风险并存。在总承包商的视角下，加强成本控制是抵御风险的最佳手段，而施工阶段是成本支出形成实体的重要阶段，也是EPC项目成本控制的关键环节。这正是本文的研究要点。 本文首先阐述 EPC 模式的产生背景和意义，利用现有文献探讨国内外EPC 模式的发展现状，及其特点和优势。然后着重介绍EPC模式施工阶段成本控制的内容和流程。基于价值工程、偏差控制法和作业成本法，探究成本控制的有效方法和途径。最后采用理论研究与实际案例相结合的方法，论述EPC施工阶段成本控制的成效。 关键词：EPC模式 施工阶段 成本控制 Research on Cost Control during the Construction Phase under EPC Mode ABSTRACT With the drastically dramatic advent of construction market, an increasing number of EPC projects have wound their way into China, which have been of great value in assorted fields. This mode can exert dominant function to optimizing scheme and can conquer the contradiction which design，procurement and construction are restricted each other. Then it is performs the dramatically desirable impact in rational intersection of each phase. It also can make effective comprehensive control of quality, schedule and cost. EPC project be bound to high yield and high hazard. In the contractors point of view, strengthen cost control is the best way to resist the risk. Construction stage is not only a critical moment of cost forming entity, but also the crucial stage where we adopt cost control measures. This is definitely what the thesis intends to look into. Initially, the thesis elaborates the background and research significance for the EPC mode and using of the existing research literatures to discuss the domestic and foreign development circumstance at presently. In addition, a further analysis is carried out for the characteristics and superiority of EPC mode. Furthermore, the thesis points out emphatically the content, operational process and approach of cost control during the construction phase under EPC mode.
