At present, the enterprise in order to achieve more profits, to undue importance to production and sales, ignoring the inventory management problem. Enterprise inventory management personnel quality is low, the imperfection of the inventory management system, account card discrepancy, all departments have no effective information communication problems such as inventory management brings to the enterprise. This paper is the study of enterprise inventory management problem analysis, put forward the effective solution to improve the inventory management, standardizing operation and management activities of enterprises, improve the management benefit of enterprises to obtain greater profits.
