民办养老机构服务能力影响因素实证研究 　　关键词：民办养老机构；人口老龄化；社会资源；养老事业；社会化服务；老龄化社会；政府支持 　　摘要：养老机构服务能力的高低，是老年群体选择养老机构的重要因素，也是保障养老机构持续发展的根本动力。以成都市民办养老机构为研究对象，从机构建设、运营管理、人力资源、社会资源、政府支持五个维度构建多元线性回归方程进行规范性分析，探讨民办养老机构服务能力的影响因素，发现：民办养老机构服务能力提升影响程度由高到低分别为运营管理、政府支持、机构建设、人力资本；社会资本对于民办养老机构服务能力提升影响不显著。因此，应从更新养老机构软硬件设施、提升护理人员服务水平、降低政策补助标准等方面提升民办养老机构服务能力。 　　中图分类号：F061.4 　　文献标志码：A文章编号：1009-4474（2017）05-0083-08 　　Study on the Factors Affecting the Service Capacity of Private ElderlyCaring Institutions： 　　Take City of Chengdu as an Example 　　HAO Qiujiang 　　（School of Public Affairs Law， Southwest Jiaotong University， Chengdu 610031， China） 　　Key words： private elderlycaring institutions； aging population； social resources； oldage care； socialized service； aging community； governmental support 　　Abstract： The service capacity is an important factor for the elderly to choose oldage care institutions， and a fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of rest homes. This paper takes private elderlycaring institutions in Chengdu for the research object. It chooses five dimensions， including mechanism construction， operation management， human resources， social resources and government support， and constructs the multiple linear regression equation to investigate the factors affecting the service ability of private institutions. The results show that： the affecting factors for the service capability of private oldage care institutions， in degree of impact， are operational management， governmental support， institutional construction， and human capital. Social capital has only slight significant effect.
