PAGE PAGE 1 毕业设计（论文） 题目 Y3150E型滚齿机数控改造及结构设计 专业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班级 学号 学生 指导教师 讲师 二○一○ 年 2010届机械设计制造及其自动化专业毕业设计（论文） Y3150E型滚齿机数控改造及结构设计 摘 要 原Y3150E型滚齿机采用纯机械的传动链，传动精度低，调整复杂，无法满足大批量、多品种、高精度齿轮的加工要求。本课题主要针对这一问题，对机床进行机械结构的改造设计。首先调研原滚齿机与数控改造相关的结构及其尺寸图，整理改造中涉及的驱动电机、传动副的设计计算公式，拟定传动方案和传动系统图；进而对机床进给系统和立柱的结构和零部件的选用进行了设计和校核分析；最后利用CAD软件绘制水平进给机构和垂直进给机构的改造图。Y3150E机械结构的数控改造设计为其电气控制的改造设计奠定了基础。 关键词：滚齿机，数控改造，径向进给机构，垂直进给机构 The Numerical Control Reformation of Y3150E Gear-Hobbing machine and its structural design ABSTRACT The traditional Y3150E gear-hobbing machine was equipped with purely mechanical transmission chain leading to the low accuracy, complex adjustment. The original transmission system can not be fit for large mass production, great varieties and high processing precisions. As a result, the structure rebuilding design on Y3150E gear-hobbing machine is presented. Firstly, the structure and size-related map of the Y3150E machine are collected, the design formulas of relevant driving motor and gearing transmission are reorganized and drive concepts and kinematic schemes are drawn up. Accordingly, the check analyses of the main structures and the parts of the feeding system and upright post are finished. Finally, the drawings of the radial feed mechanism and the vertical feed mechanism are drawn by CAD software. The structure rebuilding design of Y3150E gear-hobbing machine will lay the foundation for the electrical control reformation of this machine.
