河南工程学院毕业论文 酒店人力资源成本管理浅论 学生姓名 李敬礼 系（部） 经济贸易系 专 业 酒店管理 　 指导教师 王楠 2011年6月6日 摘要 人力资源成本是企业为了取得、维护开发和遣散人力资源所付出的代价。众所周知，酒店业是劳动密集型企业，其人力资源成本占酒店总成本的很大比例。因此，酒店人力资源成本管理在酒店管理中处于举足轻重的地位。酒店要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，必须想方设法降低成本，提高经济效益，而要降低成本，必须从降低人力资源成本着手。本文通过研究国内外酒店成本管理的经典案例，结合成本管理的相关理论，提出了一些关于降低酒店人力资源成本的建议。 关键词： 成本，人力资源成本，酒店人力资源成本管理，员工满意 Abstract Cost of human resources is the enterprise in order to obtain and maintain human resources development, and severance costs.
