上海交通大学网络教育学院医学院分院 （秋）护理专业毕业论文 题 目：人工气道两种湿化方法的临床探讨 实习单位：普兰店市中心医院 摘 要 目的 观察比较加热蒸汽加温加湿法和气道内直接滴注加湿法在脑外科人工气道患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析89例气管插管行人工气道湿化患者，其中应用加热蒸汽加温加湿法48例，气道内直接滴注加湿法41例，二组病人气道湿化的临床效果以及氧分压、血氧饱和度、心率和呼吸频率进行比较。结果加热蒸汽加温加湿法较气道内直接滴注加湿法，能够显著减少人工气道患者的刺激性咳嗽，痰痂形成、气道粘膜出血以及肺部感染的发生，提高患者氧分压和氧饱和度，降低心率和呼吸频率。结论 应用加热蒸汽加温加湿法能更好的提高人工气道的湿化效果，减少人工气道并发症的发生。 1 资料与方法 2 结果 3 讨论 3 .1 加强人工气道湿化的重要性 3. 2 两种不同气道湿化方法的临床比较 3. 3 湿化效果的判定 总之，人工气道的湿化对于维持呼吸道的正常功能和防止各种相关并发症的发生尤为重要。目前临床上使用的湿化方法多种多样，各种方法都有一定的优点和缺点，但比较而言，加热蒸汽加温法是一种国内外公认的效果确切的方法。 关键词：人工气道；湿化；加热蒸汽；气道直接滴注； Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of 2 kinds of wet method applied to the humidification of artificial airway in cerebral surgery. Methods Respective analysis of 169 cases of artificial airway humidification, 48 cases of heating vapor humidification, 42 cases of dripping cation. The clinical effect, saturation of blood oxygen,heart rate and respiratory frequency were observed in two groups. Results Irritable cough and pulmonary infection were less in heating vapor humidification group than in dripping humidification group. Irritable cough, phlegm crust formation, mucosal bleeding and pulmonary infection were reduced, meanwhile,oxygen partial pressure and saturation were improved.
