环节质量管理与控制对静脉用药调配中心安全管理影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨环节质量管理与控制对静脉用药调配中心安全管理的影响，为患者提供安全有效的静脉用药，确保输液质量与安全。 方法 选取本院20个病区，并将其分为环节质量管理组（10个）和常规管理组（10个），环节质量管理组实施环节质量管理与控制等措施，常规管理组实施常规静脉用药调配中心管理措施，观察两组的药物不良反应、不合理处方及药物配制错误情况。 结果 环节质量管理组的药物不良反应、不合理处方及药物配制错误发生率均明显低于常规管理组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 采用环节质量管理能显著提高静脉用药调配中心安全管理的质量，有效促进患者输液用药安全，可作为静脉用药调配中心首选管理方法，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 静脉用药调配中心；环节质量管理；安全管理；影响 　　[中图分类号] R197.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0182-03 　　Influence of link quality management and control on safety management of intravenous drug allocation center 　　XIA Ru-bing DAI Dan YUE Ying 　　Department of Pharmacy，the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City in Jiangxi Province，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of link quality management and control on safety management of intravenous drug allocation center and provide safe and effective for patients with intravenous infusion，ensure the quality and safety of transfusion. Methods 20 wards in our hospital were selected and divided into link quality management group（n=10）and conventional management group（n=10）.The implementation of quality management and control measure were used in link quality management group，routine intravenous drug allocation center management measure was used in conventional management group.Adverse drug reaction，unreasonable prescription and drug configuration error in two groups was observed respectively. Results The incidence rate of adverse drug reaction，unreasonable prescription and drug configuration error in link quality management group was significantly lower than that in conventional management group respectively，with statistical difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Link quality management can significantly improve the quality and safety management of intravenous drug allocation center and effectively promote transfusion safety of the patient，it can be used as the preferred method of intravenous drug allocation center management，which is worthy of clinical promotion an
