This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Open Access Abstract “Customized Travel”, compared with the traditional way of tourism business, can improve cus- tomers’ traveling experience and increase the attractiveness of the service. For enterprises doing the travel business in the traditional way, they are faced with the pressures coming both from the outside and the inside, so to catch up with the “internet+” strategy and take advantage of the big data technology have become more and more important. This essay suggests that tourism industry enterprises pay more attention to care about the individuality of the customers, try to get closer to tailor-made travel business, get themselves used of the online platform and decrease the business cost by making the best use of the internet and the big data technology.
