神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变系统评价 　　【摘要】 目的：系统评价神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法：在中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方全文数据库、维普期刊全文数据库中检索2001-2014年关于神经生长因子和甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的文献，根据纳入和排除标准筛选相关文献，进行方法学质量评价，采用Review Manager 5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入6篇质量均为B级的随机对照文献，共计432例患者。各研究结果之间不存在异质性（P=0.53，I2=0%），神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变显著优于甲钴胺（Z=5.50，P0.00001）。纳入的文献基本无发表偏移，两组患者不良反应轻微并未影响治疗。结论：神经生长因子和甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变显著优于甲钴胺单独治疗，具有临床推广意义。 　　【关键词】 糖尿病周围神经病变； 神经生长因子； 甲钴胺； 系统评价 　　Systematic Review of Nerve Growth Factor and Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy/BAI Yang， ZHANG Yong-lei， HUANG Fen-fei，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（06）：105-108 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate and analyze the clinical effect of nerve growth factor （NGF） combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） by Meta-analysis. Method： The domestic published studies which contained NGF combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of DPN were retrieved in Chinese CNKI， WANFANG and VIP databases from 2001 to 2014. The data was extracted for summarizing all studies， testing the overall effect and analyzing the publication bias by Review Manager 5.3. Result： A total of 432 DPN patients from 6 literatures （all B class） were obtained. The homogeneity were discovered between the studies （P=0.53，I2=0%）.Meta-analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of NGF combined with mecobalamin was significantly better than those of the control group （Z=5.50，P0.00001）. Included in the published literature basic no deviation， adverse reactions of two groups were mild，and did not affect treatment.
