疼痛护理质量评价在提高骨科病房护理质量中效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨疼痛护理质量评价对提高骨科护理质量的效果。方法 选取我院2011年7月～2015年8月收治的932例骨伤患者作为研究对象，将常规护理和应用疼痛护理质量评价的患者分别设为对照组和观察组，应用VAS评分评价其疼痛程度，比较两组镇痛药的使用情况、护理满意率及住院时间。结果 观察组24、48、72 h的疼痛评分分别为（3.64±0.81）、（2.07±0.30）、（1.43±0.28）分，镇痛药的使用比例为6.57%，明显少于对照组；观察组对护理质量的满意度为98.21%，显著高于对照组的72.13%；观察组住院时间为（11.63±2.77）d，明显短于对照组的（14.21±3.54）d，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在骨科病房构建并应用疼痛护理质量评价可以明显提高护理质量，更好地监督并发挥护士在疼痛管理中的主体地位。 　　[关键词]疼痛；护理；质量评价 　　[中图分类号] R473.3 [文献??识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）06（c）-0174-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To discuss on the effect of pain nursing quality evaluation onto improvinge the quality of nursing in department of orthopedics.Methods Observed theation objects treated in our hospital from July of 2011 to August of 2015 August 2005，932 cases of bone fracture patients were selected.Ppatients with routine nursing respected as control group，and application of pain nursing quality evaluation seen respectively as the control group and the observation group.By using the application of VAS score to evaluate the degree of pain，analgesic drug use，compared nursing satisfaction rate，length of ICU stay，etc. more.Results The pain score of observation group in 24， 48 and 72 hours were respectively （3.64±0.81），（2.07±0.30），（1.43±0.28）scores；Analgesic use ratio was 6.57%，which was significantly less than that of control group；the satisfaction of observation group on to nursing quality was 98.21%，which was significantly higher than 72.13% of the control group；the length of stay in hospital of in the observation group was （11.63±2.77）days，significantly shorter than that of control group in of （14.21±3.54）days， with statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusions Construction and application of pain nursing quality evaluation in the department of orthopedics ward can significantly improve the quality of health care，it could play a better main role for nurses in better supervision and play the main role of the nurse in pain management. 　　[Key words]Pain；Nursing；Quality evaluation 　　疼痛是临床
