杭州电子科技大学信息工程学院本科毕业设计 摘要 外贸行业所涉及到的单证包括销售订单，采购合同，托单，装箱单，报关单，发票等单证，将单证业务复杂的数据交由计算机系统来处理。通过信息化，提高了数据的准确性和及时性，单证自动生成，减少了单证员的工作量，提高了工作效率。在新的历史时期，运用新的具有先进管理理念的系统管理公司，提高工作效率，降低出错的机率，开发一套外贸单证管理系统具有很大的经济意义。 本论文针对单证管理从方便外贸企业出口单证制作和管理需要，对外贸单证系统进行了分析与设计。系统的主要功能有资料管理，单证管理，业务管理等，本设计很好地总结了外贸企业进出口单据之间的关系，充分发挥了计算机的组织管理能力，使外贸企业的出口单证制作工作从繁琐复杂，化为简单易用，管理工作从零乱不齐，化为有条有序，切实的实现了外贸企业单证工作的信息化管理。 关键词：国际贸易；单证管理；信息化；进出口 1 杭州电子科技大学信息工程学院本科毕业设计 ABSTRACT For the documents of the international trade , including sales orders, procurement contracts, care orders, packing lists, declarations, invoices and other documents, will be handled by the computer system.
