国网重庆开州供电公司库存合理性分析及优化策略 摘 要 物资管理是电力企业管理工作的重要内容，对提升电力企业的管理水平和企业绩效具有十分关键的作用。在我国经济发展进入新常态的背景下，传统的电力物资管理方式已不再适应电力企业内外部环境的变化。同时，电力物资本身具有的专业性强、种类繁多、需求量大、成本较高等特点，使得对电力物资的质量要求也越来越高，从而使电力物资管理变得更加复杂和困难。因此，探索电力企业科学高效的物资管理模式，成为现代电力企业重要的发展需求。 本文从电力物资库存的概念和特点出发，分析了国网重庆开州供电公司电力物资库存存在的问题，最后提出电力物资库存的优化对策。本研究在考虑电力物资库存管理特点的情况下，明确了电力物资的库存特点、存在的问题及其对策，在一定程度上丰富了电力物资库存管理的理论体系，在实践上有助于提高电力物资的流通效率，有助于促进国网重庆开州供电公司的发展。 关键词：国家电网；开州供电公司；库存管理；合理性 Abstract Material management is an important content of power enterprise management, which plays a key role in improving the management level and enterprise performance of electric power enterprises. This study, taking into account the characteristics of electric power stock management, clarifies the characteristics, existing problems and countermeasures of the inventory of electric power materials, enriches the theoretical system of power material inventory management to a certain extent, and helps to improve the circulation efficiency
