罗定市女性精神分裂症患者自杀倾向调查分析及社会支持系统 　　【摘要】 目的：调查分析罗定市女性精神分裂症患者自杀倾向，并根据调查结果构建社会支持系统，以期尽早解除此类患者的自杀意识，改善心理健康。方法：从罗定市第三人民医院精神科住院记录在案的患者中筛选出符合纳入及排除标准的300例精神分裂症患者开展调查分析。将所有入选病例采用《自杀态度调查问卷》对患者开展调查，统计调查结果，并根据结果制定医院-家庭-社会一体化的支持系统对存在有自杀倾向的患者进行干预，观察其应用效果。结果：300例女性精神分裂疾病患者中，存在自杀倾向的患者127例，占比高达42.33%。全部患者在研究后其社会支持维度得分均显著高于研究前，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；300例患者研究后生命质量量表各条目评分均显著高于研究前，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：构建完善的社会支持系统有助于帮助存在自杀倾向的女性精神分裂症患者改善生活质量，预防以及消除患者自杀倾向，提高其生命质量，进一步降低女性精神分裂症患者的自杀率和死亡率，值得?R床大力推广。 　　【关键词】 自杀倾向； 社会支持系统； 精神分裂症 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the suicidal tendency in female schizophrenia patients in Luoding city，establish the social support system， remove their consciousness of committing suicide as soon as possible and improve their psychological health conditions.Method：300 female patients with schizophrenia in the Third People’s Hospital of Luoding City were reviewed.The Suicide Attitude Questionnaire was delivered，according to the research results，the hospital-family-society support system was established；the final application value was observed.Result：There were 127 cases of suicidal ideation in 300 female patients with schizophrenia，accounting for 42.33%.The social support dimension scores of all patients after the study were significantly higher than those before the study，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the scores of each item of quality of life scale in 300 patients were significantly higher than those before the study，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：To construct perfect social support system to help women there is suicidal schizophrenic patients to improve the quality of life，prevention and elimination of suicidal patients，improve their quality of life，to further reduce the suicide rate and mortality rate of female schizophrenia patients，it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Suicidal tendency； Social support system； Schizophrenia 　　First-author’s address：The Third People’s Hospital of Luoding City，Luoding
