第三代头孢菌素类药物不良反应分析 　　[摘要]目的 观察第三代头孢菌素类药物在临床应用中的不良反应情况。 方法 随机选择我院进行常规静脉注射治疗的患者1900例，对他们使用第三代头孢菌素类药物进行临床治疗，并就患者的不良反应情况进行统计、比较和分析。 结果 临床分析显示，第三代头孢菌素类药物在临床应用中的不良反应发生率为2.89%，且以过敏反应（56.34%）为主。头孢他啶产生的不良反应最少，且所有不良反应的发生同患者的性别、年龄均无明显的关联性（P0.05）。 结论 在进行第三代头孢菌素类药物的临床应用时，要在关注抗菌效应的同时，注重患者用药的不良反应，从而确保药物应用的正确性，提高患者的临床治疗效果，避免出现药物滥用现象。 　　[关键词] 头孢菌素类药物；第三代；临床应用；不良反应 　　[中图分类号] R595.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）24-84-02 　　Analysis of adverse reactions of the third generation cephalosporins 　　LIU Zhijiang 　　First Peoples Hospital of Ningyang City in Shandong Province， Ningyang 271400， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the adverse reaction of the third generation cephalosporins in clinical application. Methods Our hospital 1900 cases of conventional intravenous injection in the treatment of patients for clinical treatment， to their use of third generation cephalosporins， and adverse reactions were statistics， comparison and analysis. Results Clinical analysis showed， adverse reactions of the third generation cephalosporins in clinical application rate was 2.89%， and the allergic reactions （56.34%）. The adverse reaction of ceftazidime have the least， and the occurrence of sex， age and patients of all adverse reactions had no clear correlation （P0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical application of the third generation of cephalosporins， focus on the antibacterial effect and adverse reaction of patients with medication， so as to ensure the correctness of drug application， improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and avoid the misuse of medicines. 　　[Key words] Cephalosporins； The third generation； Clinical application； Adverse reaction 　　头孢菌素类药物，因其具有良好的杀菌性、耐酶性、耐酸性以及较小的毒副作用而被广泛的应用在临床治疗当中[1]。然而，随着大范围的临床应用，由它所产生的不良反应也越来越多，并逐渐的引起了多个医药领域的关注和重视。本研究选择我院2009年2月～2013年2月以来，接受第三代头孢菌素类药物常规静脉注射治疗的患者1900例，对他们的临床不良反应情况进行数据统计、分析和比较，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　随机选择2009年2月～2013年2月在我院进行常规静脉注射治疗的患者1900例，患者年龄17～83岁，平均（46.7±5.2）岁；女917例，男983例。 　　1.2 方法 　　给予1900例患者第三代头孢菌素类药物进行临床静注治疗[2
