澳新-东盟自由贸易协定研究 西南政法大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In recent years, due to the impasse of the multilateral negotiation system under the world trade organization (WTO), the development of the regional economic integration is accelerated. Under this background, it is emphasized that the strategy of free trade regions should be implemented quickly in Chinese 18th NPC, this is one of the realistic and important way that could comprehensively improve the level of an open economy and it also conform to the situation of the rapid development of the global free trade. There is the introduction of the Australia-New Zealand - ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (Hereinafter referred to as the AANZFTA) in this paper. Comparatively, there are more comprehensive content, higher degree of liberalization and more convenient operation in this agreement, and which has great significance for China. Nearly thirty thousand words, this paper is divided into four parts. At first, the overall situation of the AANZFTA is introduced in this part, including the progress and motivation of the agreement signing, the basic characteristics of the agreement, etc. Secondly, based on the clause of the AANZFTA, the agreement is fully analyzed, including Trade in Goods, Trade in Services, Investment, Consultations and Dispute Settlement, Electronic Commerce, Economic Co-operation, Intellectual Property, Competition, etc. The content of the third part is the comparison between the AANZFTA and the CAFTA. The comparison includes several parts such as: structure, content, degree of liberalization, operation, transparency, etc. The successful experience of the AANZFTA and the shortages of the CAFTA have been summarized in this comparison. There is the enlightenment for China which come from the AANZFTA in the  fourth part.
